Gathering Data from Cloud Software

Using the UiPath tool, we pull the data of the employees’ log details from the Cloud Punch Machine HR software tool. We verify the data based on the provided conditions to automate the process and segregate the data into another sheet, which reduces time consumption.

Organizing the Data for Computation

After gathering the data from the software that maintains the employee’s hourly log, we then separate it into different sheets to manage the absentee list, latecomers list, terminated employees list, and employees’ total logged hours for the entire month in one sheet, employing multi-level computing.

Export the Finel Report

Once the sheet has the required data, we automate the final report to export it to the finance team and the higher authorities of the organization. This ensures that the salary structure is decided based on the report.
