About Client: Transputec is a leading IT Services and Solutions provider and holds the strong credibility and sustainability to support businesses with their IT systems and support requirements. Transputec team wanted to shape up the solution and product that would help businesses to safeguard themselves against disaster. On paper plan looks promising but have high chances of failure when a real crises event is encountered and this may cause monetary loss and even bigger risk towards the life of human resources. So the client approached us for a sustainable solution that can be used by businesses to manage situations at the time of any kind of crises.

Challenges: The challenge that was posed in front of us was to understand the possible crisis situations that any business could encounter and craft the solution that have the capability to hold the communication between the entire team when the business is disrupted and any crisis arises. The biggest challenge was to reduce the time required for mass notification and alerting the team and the engagement activity by the response team in response to the alert of crisis situation.

Approach: Krify analysed all the requirements from clients with a consultative approach and started with crafting an interactive and cloud based mobile application, ‘Crises Control’. We planned to develop an effective communication tool that would alert all stakeholders, businesses, employees, etc. as soon as crisis occurs. The team focused on building a secure way of sending the right communication, alerts, action plan and instructions to the right people in a crisis situation and to know who is engaged.

Solution: Krify developed an innovative mobile application, ‘Crises Control’, for four platforms: iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and Windows. We developed a cloud based incident management platform that helps in sending the mass notification in emergency. It ensures that the right people are notified instantly. This application makes life easier for managers and owners by providing them with a collection of possible crisis that have been encountered by businesses.
